Meditation Builds Brain Cells, Harvard Study Shows Proof

New research has now demonstrated that meditation builds brain cells and increases gray matter in the brain. According to Waking Evolution participants listened to guided meditation for an average of 27 minutes a day for an eight-week trial. The results?
