Barbecued Rare Burgers 'Pose Food Poisoning Risk'

The Food Standards Agency of the United Kingdom has cautioned consumers "not to eat burgers that are pink in the middle, to avoid the risk of food poisoning at summer barbecues." This warning was featured in the BBC and resonates during this season when burgers are traditional fare and many prefer their meat rare.
