Lack of Drinking Water Deteriorates Human Body

At first glance, dehydration appears to be a simple issue, and drinking more water would be the obvious solution. Medical Daily provided a more nuanced view on dehydration and the importance of water as the fundamental building block of life.

When considering the importance of hydration there are two salient issues: Are you consuming enough water, and is the water from a pure source? According to a recent Harvard study, more than half of American children are dehydrated. This is not due to a lack of fluid consumption. They are freely imbibing sugary beverages that lead to further dehydration. Soaring obesity rates testify to the deleterious impact of these terrible collective health choices.

There is no reason to ever consume sugary beverages, but water sources that are purportedly “potable” can create their own health challenges. The Flint water crisis is the most famous example of how contaminated tap water can devastate an entire community.

A more widespread danger is entirely self-inflicted. Toxic fluoride is intentionally introduced into municipal water supplies. It is for this reason that I recommend using a high-quality water filtration system unless you can verify the purity of your water. The reverse osmosis filter is a pricy but effective option that can remove both impurities and fluoride.

Living water is the best option for rehydration. This energized water can recharge your mitochondria, and deep springs are one excellent source. You can also promote structured water through vortexing or cooling it to 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Reverting tap water back into a vitality boosting element can provide enormous health benefits.
