Superbugs Which Pose Greatest Threat to Humanity Identified by World Health Organization

In a twist to Big Pharma’s thinking that every disease should have a drug, the World Health Organization (WHO) is calling on governments to stop depending on pharmaceuticals to solve the antibiotic-resistant superbug problem, The Telegraph reports. The WHO also released a list of the 12 top superbugs that we need to fear.

The 50-year cover-up of the devastating effects that antibiotic resistance has wrought on society has come to fruition, and now it’s time to pay the piper. At the forefront, confined feeding confined animal feeding operations (CAFOs) are largely responsible for this travesty.

Eighty percent of antibiotics used in the U.S. are used by industrial agriculture for purposes of growth promotion and preventing diseases that would otherwise make CAFOs unviable. Antibiotics are sold as a method to discourage introduction of diseases that occur in these confined quarters. But instead of cutting back on disease, they have created a worldwide distribution of disease.

Obviously, CAFO meats are not the answer to a good food plan. One of the “master keys” to healthy eating is to EAT REAL FOOD. In my new book, “Fat for Fuel,” I teach you how to say no to CAFO-grown meats and adopt a new lifestyle of eating real foods that literally sets the USDA food pyramid on its head.

My book will show you the wonders of eating fresh, whole, raw foods, including healthy fats. One goal of this eating lifestyle is to get your net carbs down by replacing them with healthy fats and moderate amounts of high-quality protein.

And believe it or not, this will help you normalize your weight without “dieting.”
