Zika Virus Sexually Transmitted in Florida, Officials Say

The Florida Department of Health has announced that the first case of sexually transmitted Zika in Pinellas County has been confirmed, Fox News reports. The infected individual was diagnosed after having sex with someone who traveled to Cuba, and who had symptoms of the virus. So far this year, Florida has seen 118 cases.

It's that time again, when the pandemic outbreak propaganda machine cries "Wolf!" to justify the mass use of vaccines and the necessity for chemical remediation, this time with the ongoing Zika “scare.” And scare is all it is. Top experts have already questioned the extent of emergency that actually exists with Zika, and have admitted that while there may be small clusters of Zika outbreaks in certain southern states, there is little risk elsewhere in the continental U.S.

Even though Zika was faulted for increasing rates of microcephaly in Brazil, a condition in which babies are born with unusually small heads, Brazilian officials now believe that other more likely culprits are to blame.

For example, lack of sanitation, widespread vitamin A and zinc deficiency, environmental pollution, toxic pesticide exposures and Tdap vaccination now mandated for all pregnant women can also contribute to microcephaly. In other words, Zika isn’t really the horrific threat health officials claim it is. But that doesn’t matter to Big Pharma, which is racing to develop a Zika vaccine.

If you’re worried about mosquito-borne diseases, there are steps you can take to encourage mosquitoes to live elsewhere. Draining standing water, including pet bowls, gutters, garbage and recycling bins, spare tires and bird baths is important. This is where mosquitoes breed, so if you eliminate standing water you'll eliminate many mosquitoes. Natural repellents you can use on your skin include cinnamon leaf oil, clear liquid vanilla extract mixed with olive oil, citronella and catnip oil.
