Bill Gates Banks on His Own Vaccine for Coronavirus

If billionaire Bill Gates’ dream for a coronavirus vaccine comes true, it will be ready for you by the end of this year.  Funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, biotech Inovio will begin injecting volunteers with the vaccine today, April 6, 2020.[i]

The trial will include 40 healthy volunteers, each of whom will receive two doses, four weeks apart. Inovio expects early safety results by late summer; if all goes well the study will move into the efficacy phase. Inovio indicated they are already ramping up for global demand of 1 million doses to start out.

It’s no surprise that Bill Gates is behind a vaccine that is so fast-tracked that it’s going to be ready to go within a few months, before any competitor has barely gotten off the ground. After all, Gates’ foundation is the largest charitable foundation in the world, with a trust endowment valued at $48 billion and yearly grant payments in excess of $5 billion annually.

And all that money can buy lots of things a lot faster than anyone can imagine. The mere influence — more correctly called “power — that Gates and his foundation can buy is immeasurable and already reflected in what he’s done with agriculture, starting with the $2 billion the foundation has spent in in sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia.

Primarily investing in genetically modified organisms (GMOs) and biotechnology, his No. 1 strategy is to drive agricultural change with new products, tools, technologies, systems and approaches to advance inclusive agricultural transformation. These products may include new livestock vaccines, or new traits that increase a crop's drought tolerance. Unfortunately, none of that has anything to do with natural or organic foods or conserving the soils.

The heart of the issue is that Bill Gates has taken to investing in corporate products, such as lab-grown meats instead of regenerative agriculture or natural cures. In fact, it’s not natural immunity that he wants, not a cure for a disease that he seeks, nor anything organic that might endanger his chemically-treated, lab-created and vaccine-injected products that he’s looking for.

The problem is that Gates has no interest in natural healing and is relying on advisers that are rooted in the fatally flawed conventional medical paradigm that holds vaccines as the cure for all infectious diseases.

Instead, he’s simply pursuing the plan he laid out almost exactly 10 years ago when he pledged to put $10 billion toward research for a decade of new vaccines. And now he’s wrapping up that decade with a coronavirus vaccine.
