Requiring people to have certificates of Immunity to certain diseases has “some merit” worth considering, Dr. Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, said.
“ … we want to make sure that we know who the vulnerable people are and [are] not … "I think it might actually have some merit, under certain circumstances." Antibody testing to see who’s already had the virus is a key, he said.
