The Czech Republic, Denmark, Austria and Germany have either already loosened up their shutdown rules, or are planning to within the next week.

To ease into the reopening, some countries are requiring staggered numbers of people that are allowed in stores, stadiums or gyms, to keep crowds low. The World Health Organization warned that any of these situations may come with a risk that more people may become infected and the virus will resurge.
