Rollout of Antibody Tests Met With Confusion, Little Oversight

COVID-19 antibody tests are beginning to reach testing sites, but instead of clearing up problems as to who’s positive for the virus and who isn’t, they seem to be creating new problems. The CDC, the Coronavirus Task Force and confusion about how states are actually tracking and reporting the tests are adding even more confusion.
