Canadian Scientist Sent Deadly Viruses to Wuhan Months Before RCMP Asked to Investigate

Canada has just revealed that Chinese scientists working in Winnipeg, Canada, were escorted out of Canada’s National Microbiology Lab in July 2019 after it was discovered they had sent a shipment of Ebola and Henipah viruses to China.

While Canada officials say the eviction was not related to the shipment, and that it is not connected with COVID-19 in any way, experts said this is still “suspicious” and “alarming.” The research facility from which the viruses were shipped is Canada’s only level-4 lab.
