When two young people in their 20s were listed as COVID-19 deaths, a Florida news station decided to ask what underlying conditions (comorbidities) they had that might have contributed to their deaths. A health official’s answer was surprising, to say the least.
One of the young persons actually died in a motorcycle accident, Orange County health officer Dr. Paul Pino admitted. “But you could actually argue that it could have been the COVID-19 that caused him to crash,” he told the news station.
