Teachers Union Threatens Strikes if Schools Are Deemed Too Unsafe to Open

  The American Federation of Teachers announced that they will support strikes called by any local chapter of teachers that believes their schools are opening under unsafe conditions. The union represents 1.7 million members. Fox News said that 76% of the members originally were onboard with returning to their classrooms, but now that the virus is reportedly resurging, they are questioning whether schools should actually open.
