A Kentucky couple was put on house arrest after the wife tested positive for COVID-19 and refused to sign a county health department document agreeing to self-quarantine.
Elizabeth Linscott — who tested positive, but showed no symptoms — said she and her husband were taken aback when eight people from local health agencies and the sheriff’s department came to her door and ordered the couple to wear ankle bracelets after she refused to sign the papers.
