It’s no secret that most of the world has been under extreme stress during the pandemic, but a new survey shows that about 1 in 4 people are so stressed they are considering quitting their job.
Sixty-eight percent of parents with children who can’t physically attend school or day care are said they were particularly stressed, with more women (50%) than men (a third) feeling the stress most.
Not only that, 20% had already taken a leave from work. The survey also found that 28% had cut back on their hours. On the flip side, 80% said their employer was “doing an adequate job of handling the pandemic.”
