In a news report not being seen in mainstream media, ZeroHedge points out that, for Chicagoans under the age of 40, you are more likely to die by homicide than from COVID-19.
The only group that even came close were those citizens aged 35 to 40, but even so it was still more likely that someone in that age group died from homicide than COVID. Specifically, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner’s office:
- If you are 19 or younger, you are 46 times more likely to die of homicide than COVID.
- If you are between the ages of 20 and 24, 12 times more likely.
- If you are between the ages of 25 and 29, nine times more likely.
- If you are between the ages of 30 and 34, three times more likely.
- If you are between the ages of 35 and 40, 1.2 times more likely.
