Fauci Now Says Mask Wearing May Extend Into 2022

For anyone who’s looking to end mask wearing anytime soon, Dr. Anthony Fauci has some disappointing news: It may be 2022 before masks will no longer be required to fight COVID-19.

Fauci told CNN that everything depends on what the definition of “normality” is, even though he did say he agrees with President Biden that it may get closer near the end of 2021.

Regarding the current vaccines, Fauci added that he still thinks two doses of the vaccines are necessary to get a higher level of antibodies, even though some researchers are suggesting that one dose is enough.
