Houston Methodist CEO Shares How to Mandate Employee Vaccines

Houston Methodist Hospital system made the news the end of June when more than 150 employees chose to quit or be fired rather than take the COVID-19 vaccine.

The employees had filed a lawsuit, hoping a judge would stop the hospital from forcing them to receive the experimental gene therapy, but their jobs came to an end when the judge dismissed their suit.

Now, Houston CEO Dr. Marc Bloom has revealed a seven-point list of how the hospital designed their employee mandatory vaccine policy, even though the state of Texas allows for religious and medical exemptions. The list includes requiring management to get their vaccines first.

Then, to deal with the state-allowed exemptions, the hospital designed rules that not only single out exempted employees, but add a burden to their choice, by requiring them to wear a face shield and a mask, and to be tested for COVID-19 biweekly.
