Parents whose children are under the care of state services have no rights as parents, according to a judge who ruled that the CEO of the Department of Child Protection was technically the children’s parent under the law.
As such, the state has the right to give a child the COVID-19 shot even though a parent doesn’t want it given. The judge also ruled that parents have no right to appeal the decision, either.
