Support for continual boosters to the COVID shots is waning, but not with U.S. President Joe Biden, who’s planning to get one yet today, Tuesday, October 25, 2022.
In tandem he’s also asking community and business leaders to do more to encourage everyone else to follow the president’s lead, Forbes reported. With polls showing that most Americans don’t want any more boosters, and a fifth still completely unvaccinated, less than 10% of those who have gotten boosters, Forbes added.
Public health agencies like Yale School of Public Health claim that getting all the shots and boosters available could save tens of billions of dollars in projected medical costs that allegedly would be incurred without them.
