Calling it a “marketing machine,” Kaiser Health News reports that Pfizer has made so many billions off its COVID shots and treatments, that it’s poised to push other pipeline products to the forefront in a bid to make even more billions on them.

Diseases such as migraines, ulcerative colitis, prostate cancer, sickle cell disease and obesity are just a few conditions that Pfizer would like to turn into markets for what it hopes to be more blockbusters.

Lest anyone think they’re putting all their bucks in one basket, don’t worry: Pfizer has the federal government helping to build their COVID vaccine sales.
