A fourth of Congress — 106 members — has signed on to H.R. 1147, a bill that would replace tasteless, watery, nonfat milk in school lunches with nutritious whole-fat milk. But a left-leaning food policy organization, Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI), is calling for the bill to be pulled.
