COVID-19 Vaccinations Cards Are Coming, Health Officials Say

CNN Health is posting photos of the proof-of-vaccination cards that will be issued to everyone in the U.S. who gets a COVID-19 vaccine. The card will be issued in tandem with a report to each respective state’s vaccination registry informing them of which vaccine you took, when and what dosage.

The CDC will also get a copy of your COVID vaccination records. CNN Health said vaccine shipments are expected in mid-December, and that it’s anticipated that as many as 100 million Americans could be vaccinated by February.
